Serena took a look outside her window at the sun that was starting to set,
and then at her mirror, checking over her outfit once more.
"Hmmmm... yes, I look very nice. There's no way Darien can resist me tonight."
Serena said to herself as she spun herself around once. Wearing a black dress
and white high heels, with red pearl ties wrapped around both her odongo, Serena
looked about as formal as you could imagine. In fact, this felt like a formal
date with Darien... he even arranged for a limo to pick her up. How nice of him,
she thought!
And best of all, with her little brother Sammy as well as her parents out
shopping, along with Rini, she didn't have to worry about listening to them
about how Darien is the right guy when other boys from her school didn't suit
her tastes (though this kind of thought-provoking has faded over time).
Serena then walked over to her dresser, ready to put on a little makeup to help
her look even better. She looked around every square inch of her dresser, trying
to find something that would make her stand out to Darien. And that's when she
noticed a red perfume bottle, one she didn't recognize before.
"Hmmm? What's this?" Serena asked. As she picked up the perfume bottle, noticing
a spray nozzle on the top, she quickly figured it must've been one of Rini's
little toys, considering she knows every item on her dresser except for this
thing.
"I wonder what that little brat is up to this time..." Serena said.
That's when she finally decided to spray the contents of the bottle on herself.
Right away, she didn't like the smell of the 'perfume' as it flowed down from
head to toe of her body.
"Ick... some perfume this is. But at least it's not very strong." Serena said,
smelling the air and noting how the perfume was already losing its odor.
"Oh well. Gotta get going! That limo will probably be here soon!" Serena said.
After one final check of her dress, Serena was on her way out. She walked out of
her room, down the stairs and past Luna who had been walking around the floor.
"Serena, remember to be back before it's too dark!" Luna said.
"I will, I will. Come on, Luna, you sound just like my parents." Serena said. As
she walked towards the door and opened it, she noticed how she had to duck her
head to keep from bumping into the frame.
"Hmmmm... I thought this door was a lot taller..." Serena said as she walked
out.
Luna noticed something looked off too, but decided not to pursue the matter for
once. She wasn't about to interfere with the big date.
And as it turns out, Serena made it out of her house just in time. She only took
a few steps away from her home before she stopped and looked at her right arm.
"Huh? What's this?" Serena said. Strangely enough, her right arm was rippling
like sea water, and she could also feel the rest of her body vibrating.
"What is this tingling I am feeling?" Serena said to herself. It wasn't until
she turned around when she realized what was happening. And she gasped.
"*gasp!*" Serena shouted. Her head was towering over the roof of her house, and
clearly saw she was getting bigger because the house was shrinking.
"What... am I growing?" Serena asked, watching as the surroundings got smaller
and smaller. She also thanked her luck that her dress and high heels were
growing right along with her.
Eventually, Serena was towering over the neighborhood at a little over 150 feet
tall. She looked down past her dress noting how small everything was, in
particular a parked car that was nestled against one of her high heels.
"Wow! I'm so big!!" Serena said. She thought about what it was that made her
grow to such a large size, and immediately she thought about that bottle of
perfume.
"That perfume... oh, Rini. You and your thing with things that make things
bigger! Did I just say that?" Serena said. And as she studied the parked car by
her feet, she quickly got an idea.
"Oh! Who needs a limo now? I can just walk all the way to Darien's apartment.
Heehee... I wonder what he'll think when he sees me like this!" Serena said as
she giggled even further the more she thought about surprising little Darien and
holding him in her massive hand. And so Serena began her walk towards the city,
because she would have to go through a section to get to the apartment where
Darien lives...
Despite the short trip given her new size, Serena took her stroll through the
city block slow, watching with delight as tiny people galore ran away from her
high heels. Serena was being careful this time around, even helping a man up to
his feet after he tripped himself up.
"Gotta be careful! You don't want to be a klutz like me!" Serena said with a
smile.
The giantess looked to her left and saw a glass building. She used her
reflection from this building as one final chance to check up on herself. Her
lipstick, her dress, her high heels, the red pearl ties... they all looked
great.
"Ah... I still look great. There's no way Darien can resist me. What do you guys
think?" Serena said as she peeked inside the glass building. The large eyes
blinking at them caused these people to freeze in fear, though some eventually
found it in them to start running, thinking this giantess was going to destroy
their building.
But Serena instead backed away, and she felt herself stepping on something and
crushing it. It was pretty hard, like an old stick of chewing gum on the
sidewalk.
"Huh?" Serena said as she lifted up one of her high heels. Underneath, and with
a big puncture from the heel itself, was a black limo. It was totally crushed
flat.
"Oops... that must've been my ride." Serena said as she gently picked up what
was left of the limo, with some of the wheels and pieces of metal raining down
on the ground. Serena tried to find the driver and eventually did, but his body
looked lifeless and there was a little blood running down his neck.
"Awww... the poor guy. I should be more careful." Serena said as she placed the
leftover limo down on the ground.
"But never mind that, I gotta get to Darien right now!" Serena said as she
walked forward then turned a corner towards one of the exits out of the city.
Meanwhile, back at the Tsukino household, Serena's parents, her little brother
Sammy, and Rini were all walking through the front door.
"Serena! We're home!" Ikuko, Serena's mom, shouted. There was no response.
"Hmmm... she must've already gone out on this big date of hers." Serena's dad
said.
"Well, I'll be upstairs in her room." Rini said as she playfully ran up the
stairs towards Serena's room.
"Man, both girls are in such a hurry." Sammy said.
"Oh, think nothing of it, Sammy. Women can be like that sometimes. Now come on,
you're helping with cooking tonight!" Ikuko said with a smile.
"Awww, mom!" Sammy said.
Rini made it into Serena's room and took a deep breath.
"Gosh, I didn't think we'd ever get back from the store. But hey, maybe I'll
look much better at night." Rini said. Closing the door behind her, Rini spent
the next couple minutes changing into a radically different outfit. She had gone
from wearing her schoolgirl outfit to a very classy one, much like Serena
earlier.
Rini was now wearing a dark red dress with no shoulder straps, slightly cut from the sides which caused
a little more of her legs to be revealed. Wrapped around Rini's waist was a
large black bow, with little red bows sitting in front of her odongo. She also
had rings on all of her fingers (except the thumb) and golden bracelets on both
her wrists. Instead of high heels, Rini wore black sandals with a single strap
crossing over her foot, just behind her toes, and a heel strap that only goes
around the back of her ankle. And topping it all off was a sapphire-colored necklace and
black crystal earrings. For one looking so young, Rini was just as
beautiful-looking, if not more than Serena.
After Rini made the final adjustments on her classy look, including that of her
pink hair, she reached down and picked up the same exact perfume bottle that
Serena had used earlier... which Rini had no idea of happening of course. All
she knew was that she looked very elegant and she was going to show the whole
city her new fashion statement by growing to a gigantic size.
"The other scouts will probably get mad at me again, but I don't care! I love
being big and I want to feel what it's like to be big and wearing this too."
Rini said. This time, instead of spraying the perfume in Serena's room, because
the other members of the family were home, Rini had to take her latest growth
experiment outside.
And so after tightly gripping the perfume bottle to the point where it was
completely hidden in her hands, Rini walked downstairs.
"Umm... Mama, I'm going to go play in the park. I'll be back soon!" Rini
shouted.
"Okay, Rini... just make sure you're back by dinner time!" Ikuko shouted from
the kitchen.
"Okay, I will! Bye!" Rini said as she opened the front door and walked outside.
Sammy also didn't notice Rini (and her new dress) walking outside, but he still
grumbled.
"How come she gets to go outside whenever she wants?" Sammy asked.
"Oh, Sammy. She's a very responsible girl. I trust she will be safe." Ikuko
said.
"But I'm responsible too!" Sammy said.
"Yes, but since neither of the girls are here, you're the unlucky one tonight."
Ikuko said, flashing a smile to her son.
"Okay, Mama..." Sammy said.
Just outside the house, Rini giggled over how easy it was for her to leave the
house.
"Hehe... they're so easy, unlike my real Mommy and Daddy. They'd catch me in a
heartbeat!" Rini said. She then opened up her hands and looked down at the
perfume bottle.
"And speaking of catching, it's time for me that I caught everyone's attention.
By growing bigger!" Rini said. She sprayed the perfume all over her body before
hiding the bottle inside one of the nearby bushes. After staring up at the
fading orange sky as a result of the sunset, Rini felt herself growing.
"Yay! It's working!" Rini said as she felt herself growing bigger and bigger.
When her growth stopped, Rini was also just over 150 feet tall, putting her at
the same size as Serena despite still looking like her child self.
"Hehehe! It's so fun being so big! I can do whatever I want, including..." Rini
said. That parked car that had brushed against Serena's white high heels
earlier? Rini planted her own foot on the car, crushing it without remorse.
"Well, time to have fun in the city!" Rini said as she began her walk (in the
same direction) towards the city.
---
Meanwhile, inside his quiet apartment, Darien was preparing for his date with
Serena. Picking an outfit was easy... he simply put on his tuxedo that he was
known to wear as Tuxedo Mask. Hey, why keep it a secret? They both know each
other's secret identities, and Serena always loved that tuxedo (and she told him
this to). In fact, it was his idea for Serena to wear something formal for this,
their first formal date.
"Well, everything's set. The reservations have been made... just gotta wait for
the limo to arrive. I might as well wait out front for it." Darien said to
himself. As he started to reach down and pick up the bunch of roses that he had
bought for Serena, the room started to vibrate every second or so as a booming
sound came from outside at the exact same intervals.
"Huh? What's that? A monster attack?" Darien said. He walked towards the large
window in the back of his room, and when he opened up the curtains... he got a
look at the biggest dark blue eye he would ever see.
"YIKES!!" Darien said as he stumbled backwards onto his bed. At the same time,
the giant Serena giggled from outside.
"Hehehe... hi, Darien! Ready for our big date?" Serena said as she moved her
lips in front of the window and spoke. Darien eventually found it in his legs to
get up and open his window, getting a better look at the giant Serena in all her
classy glory.
"S...S...Serena?" Darien said.
"Yes, my little muffin?" Serena asked.
"Um... I didn't mean it literally when I said I was looking forward to our big
date!" Darien said.
"Hehe, well, think of this as a bigger date now." Serena said.
"Well, I guess I don't have to worry about that limo anymore." Darien said.
"Yeah, about that... I think I crushed it flat on the way here." Serena said.
"You did what!?" Darien said.
"I'm sorry, Darien! I know what you're going to say, I should've been more
careful!" Serena said. Darien just smiled.
"Well, forget it. You're here now and that's all that counts." Darien said.
He turned around to walk out of his room, but Serena stopped him.
"Wait! Where are you going?" Serena said.
"Um... to leave my room so I can come downstairs?" Darien said.
"Oh no you don't! What you need is power from your giant girlfriend!" Serena
said. She carefully placed a finger inside and allowed Darien to grab onto her
fingernail. Serena then carefully pulled it back out and dropped Darien into her
other hand.
"Wow... you're so handsome and yet so tiny." Serena said.
"Serena, are you sure this is a good idea? Of all the things I had planned for
us... this wasn't one of them!" Darien said.
"Oh, come on, we can improvise! Just like the heroes we both are, right?" Serena
said with a smile. Darien still wasn't sure, but wasn't about to argue with
someone much bigger than him.
"Okay, if you insist." Darien said.
"So where are we going first?" Serena said.
"Well, I was planning to take us to this fine restaurant. And then we would go
to the riverside and watch the sunset." Darien said.
"Great! Just lead the way and we'll be there in no time!" Serena said.
"Okay, but just watch where you're..." Darien said, but before he could finish,
Serena could feel something getting crushed underneath one of her high heels.
She looked down and saw it was Darien's motorcycle she had crushed to pieces.
"Um... oops!" Serena said.
"...stepping." Darien said. As Serena got walking again, Darien sighed wondering
what kind of night this would end up being. But he had to snap back to reality
quick when Serena started demanding the directions she take to get to this
restaurant that he spoke of.
In the other side of the city, now lit up by bright lights, people forgot
about whatever night life plans they had and were running like crazy from the
gigantic Rini, who took slow steps and watched as these people scrambled away
from her.
"Heehee! That's right, everyone! Run away so I don't step on you!" Rini
said. Unfortunately, she ended up stepping on one man who got tripped up, and a
pool of blood came out as he was flattened beneath the high heel of Rini's
sandal. Rini felt this too, looking down and seeing the blood all over the heel.
"(sigh) That way I don't get these wonderful sandals bloody..." Rini said as she
scraped the sandal against the road trying to clean off the blood. She did just
that, coloring the sidewalk and road in different shades of red.
Once that was done, Rini wondered what to do next. It was looking around at
the bright lights of the city buildings that she got her first sense of the
beauty of the city under the starry skies.
"Wow... this city looks so bright. Of course, Crystal Tokyo still looks the best
at night!" Rini said as she giggled. She walked up to one of the glass buildings
and peeked inside at some of the lit up rooms, with business executives and
other people in suits all looking out at the giantess.
"Hi! Don't I look very pretty?" Rini said as she moved her hands down her dress,
trying to show off every bit of it to the tiny people, including the black bow
around her waist. Of course, most people were simply trying to sneak out of the
room they were currently in, not wanting to meet some kind of deadly fate from
this unpredictable giantess. And when Rini saw that, she didn't look too happy.
"Pffft... I get it. You're scared of me because I'm so big. Well, that's too
bad, because I can do whatever I want!" Rini shouted. And with that, she decided
to give this building a 'smack,' raising her hand and swiping it across the side
of the building and ripping most of the glass out. Most of the people couldn't
escape the giant hand in time and they either fell to their deaths or were
sliced and diced by either the raining glass or Rini's fingernails.
"Hmmm... that felt kinda good. I feel so powerful being this big." Rini said to
herself as she noted the damage done to the building. Right after that, there
was another loud rumbling sound... and it was coming from her stomach!
"Oops! I totally forgot about dinner! I really should get something to eat, but
where? Oh! I know!" Rini said. She then started walking again.
After walking around a couple city blocks, scanning the ground for the place
she had in mind, Rini finally stopped walking when she came across a rather
large-looking restaurant. It certainly looked fancy, with red curtains wrapped
around the front entrance. But that didn't stop Rini as she kneeled down in
front of the building and used both her hands to rip the entire roof off! After
peeling off the roof and throwing it to the side (impaling a building in the
process), Rini looked inside and saw all the surprised people, whether they be
chefs, waiters, or citizens dressed as formally as she was.
"Hi everyone! So what do you have to eat for me?" Rini shouted. Right after
she spoke those words, everyone inside ran for the nearest exit. Some, without
thinking, ran towards the front entrance and had to scramble around Rini's huge
body, some even tripping over Rini's dress as the bottom of it rested on the
ground. Rini reached down and grabbed one of these people.
"You look pretty tasty!" Rini said. After dangling the panicking person over her
open mouth, Rini dropped him inside and instantly swallowed him.
"Mmmm... that was delicious! I know I shouldn't have done that, but I can't
resist! And speaking of not resisting..." Rini said as she licked her lips and
saw all the different food on each of the tables. After scooping up these tables
with both her hands, Rini stuffed her face full of not just the food, but the
tables themselves as well. She munched up as much of these items as she could
before gulping it all down. Rini felt the items slide down into her stomach.
"That was terrific... even though I couldn't feel all that food because of how
big I am. Still, I better find some water to wash everything down with." Rini
said. She then got back up on her feet and walked away from the torn apart
restaurant.
Meanwhile, not too far away and unaware of the chaos that was going on
involving Rini, the giant Serena also looked around her white high heels and saw
all the people running away. Of course, one person that wasn't running was
Darien, who could only sit on Serena's shoulder and watch from above as the
chaos ensued.
"Um... Serena, maybe you should slow down with the walking?" Darien said.
"Huh? Oh... because I'm scaring all those little people, right?" Serena said.
"Yes!" Darien shouted.
"Don't worry about them, Darien. It's not like they haven't been through this
before!" Serena said, referring to the past times when a sailor scout (mostly
Rini, of course! ^____^) has grown and had some fun in the city.
"Yeah, and that's what worries me..." Darien softly said. He then watched as
Serena stopped her walk and turned her body. Both she and Darien were looking
out at the river, over at another part of the city.
"Isn't it beautiful, Darien? And totally romantic too!" Serena said.
"Yes... it's still the bright moonlight over the river no matter how big you
are." Darien said.
"Mmmm... I can't wait to see this restaurant you're talking about." Serena said.
She started walking forward again, but Darien was quick to point out a tree that
Serena was about to step on.
"Serena! Watch out!" Darien shouted. But it was too late, Serena stepped on the
tree and crushed part of it, but as a result of awkwardly stepping on the tree,
Serena was losing her balance.
"Eeeeeek!!!" Serena shouted as she tipped over and landed face first on the
ground, violently shaking the ground and everything around her body.
Darien was able to protect himself by quickly grabbing onto the back of
Serena's neck and hanging on from there. He wasn't hurt... but Serena was.
Despite her size, she was feeling her usual painful self after a fall like that.
"Oww.... that hurt..." Serena said.
"Well, at least you're still your klutz self." Darien said.
"Heh heh, I'll admit to that." Serena said. She slowly picked herself up,
brushing all the grass, dirt, park benches, human blood from crushed victims,
and whatever else got on her beautiful black dress.
"Oh dear, I didn't mean to crush those poor people." Serena said.
"We can't worry about that now, Serena. Let's just... well... continue on with
our date." Darien said.
"Whatever you say, my little muffin!" Serena said with a smile on her face.
After walking around the park for a little while and realizing there wasn't
much to do, Serena headed back into the city, and like Rini, admired all the
bright lights that helped to illuminate the city at night. She was so into
looking at these lights she didn't notice her feet kicking a car several feet
down the road.
"Serena!!!" Darien shouted.
"Huh? What?" Serena said as she looked around and eventually back at Darien on
her shoulder.
"Pay attention! You just kicked a car about 100 feet down the road!" Darien
said.
"Oops!! Sorry about that! I hope you have giantess insurance!" Serena shouted.
"Sigh... anyway, I think we're almost there. Turn left and the restaurant should
be there." Darien said.
"Okay." Serena said. She did just that, stepping over a semi truck and walking
down the new roadway.
A few seconds later, the giant Serena arrived at the fancy restaurant.
Well... it ordinarily would be a fancy one, but as she looked down, it was a
complete mess! The roof was ripped off, there was blood on the streets and
various tables were broken as well.
"Wha... what happened here?" Serena said.
"It's like a bomb went off here! Maybe a monster attack?" Darien said.
"No, I probably would've heard about it by now... and probably crushed it
without even breaking a sweat!" Serena said with a smile on her face.
"Hey, Serena... look to the right." Darien said. Serena did just that, and saw
the same thing Darien was looking at.
"Hmmm... these breaks in the road, they look like sandal prints." Serena said.
"You don't think there's another giant in the city, do you?" Darien said.
"Well, only one way to find out! Let's follow these tracks." Serena said. She
then walked further into the city, following the footprints.
Of course, we know who those footprints belonged to! Rini had just kicked a
fire hydrant off the ground and water was shooting up in the air. Rini kneeled
down and took as much water as she could into her mouth.
"Wow! That was very refreshing!" Rini said. When the water finally stopped
gushing out, Rini stood back to her full height.
"Hmmm... I wonder what else I could do. This dress looks kinda dirty, I hope
there's a washing place still open at this time of day!" Rini said. As the
150-foot-tall young giantess turned around to head back in the other
direction... she was about to turn the corner when she felt herself bump into
something.
"Oooof!" Rini said as she backed away. That's when she got her first look at the
giant Serena!
Serena was keeping a close eye on the footprints when she felt herself bump
into something. The wall she bumped into felt soft and fleshy, like she had just
bumped into another person. Once again, Darien made a quick move to keep from
falling off from Serena's sudden movements, and the strap of her black dress
came in handy this time. Serena looked up and was looking right in the eyes of
her giant-sized future daughter.
"Serena!" Rini shouted.
"Rini!" Serena shouted. Both girls then pointed at each other and shouted the
same thing.
"HOW DID YOU GET SO BIG!?!?"
Darien covered his ears as both giantesses shouted at each other. One loud
giant girl, the one he was on the shoulder of, was bad enough, but both shouting "HOW DID YOU GET SO BIG!?!?"
was almost too much for his ears to take. Nevertheless, he listened in on the
conversation.
"And did you take that potion again to make you a teenager?" Serena said.
"No! I'm just exactly the same height as you are." Rini said as she explained
her 150-foot-tall height, the same as Serena's.
"Well, you could've fooled me..." Serena said.
"So you must've discovered my growth perfume before I did." Rini said.
"Yeah, but how was I supposed to know that stuff would make me grow this big!?"
Serena shouted. Rini smiled.
"Heehee, aren't you impressed? I feel like there's nothing I can't make that
will change anyone's size." Rini said.
"Speak for yourself." Darien said. Those words did not escape Rini,
especially after she looked on Serena's shoulder.
"Oh! I didn't notice before you had Darien with you. Hi, Darien!" Rini said.
"Um... hi, Rini. You've really grown up, I see." Darien said.
"Alright, knock it off! We're on a date, after all, and you're interrupting it!"
Serena said.
"Me!? You're the one that's interrupting my plans! I want to see what everyone
thinks of me when I'm both this big and this very pretty." Rini said, patting
both her pink hair and her red dress.
"Very pretty!? Ha! I'm the gorgeous giantess around here, you little squirt!"
Serena said.
"Yeah right! Everyone in this city has fallen head over heels for me!" Rini
said.
"As if!!! Why don't you take your pretty little self and crush another city or
something?" Serena shouted.
"Oh yeah? I'm not little anymore! I'm just as tall as you! I can do whatever I
want!" Rini said
Finally, the two giantesses butted heads and growled at each other, with
bolts of electricity seemingly running across their eyes. Darien tried to
intervene, not wanting to see this evolve into a giant catfight.
"Um... ladies! LADIES!!" Darien shouted.
"Yes, my little pumpkin?" Serena said. Rini just rolled her eyes after seeing
how easily Serena bowed to little Darien's voice.
"Listen... there's no need for us to fight, especially not when the whole city
is already scared of us. Can't we just finish the rest of this date night in
peace, or something like that?" Darien said.
"Okay, Darien. I won't fight Serena. Not now, anyway." Rini said.
"Sigh... I wanted to have this night to just the two of us..." Serena said
to herself.
"How about we go to a movie? I hear there's a drive-in theater in town for this
weekend." Darien said.
"Hey! That's a great idea, and I know where it is! Maybe they will show a
romantic movie!" Rini said. As Serena watched Rini step away, carelessly almost
on various objects, Serena took Darien into her hands and looked down at him.
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Serena asked.
"Well... I figured this is the best way to keep an eye on her. You know, to keep
her from going Chibizilla again on the city." Darien said.
"Good point. That's why I love you, my sweet." Serena said as she patted Darien
on the head with her huge hand.
"But we better not lose sight of her!" Darien said as he pointed towards the
other giantess.
"Right!" Serena said as she put Darien back on her shoulder and walked after the
giant Rini.
Later, just outside another section of the park, everyone was almost
completely oblivious to the giantesses roaming the city as they watched the
movie play out (it must be one heck of a movie! ^____^). Soon, however, they
finally took notice when a young woman suddenly screamed and pointed over the
big movie screen. Yes, it was big, but Rini and Serena were bigger! The screen
reached up to the knees of both giantesses, so they were both able to easily see
everyone running like mad for their parked cars or whatever transportation they
could find. Rini started to walk to the side of the movie screen and looked to see what
movie was playing.
"Hmmm? I wonder what this movie is..." Rini said. Unfortunately, her
knee clipped the side of the screen and it toppled over, crushing a few people
that were trying to get away. As the movie projected onto Serena's dress, she
noted the klutziness of her future daughter.
"Haha! You're just as klutzy as I am!" Serena said.
"Well, at least I don't fall flat on my face! Take this!" Rini shouted. Out of
frustration, she suddenly picked up a car by her footwear and hurled it right at
Serena's face! The car bounced right off Serena's nose and crashed down to the
ground.
"OW! Why you little...!" Serena said. Finally, she lunged forward and tackled
Rini, with both giantesses crushing the movie projector and cracking the ground
with their combined weight.
Darien had to latch onto Serena's hair that flowed from her odongo, and he
simply held on tight as he slid to the ground and both Serena and Rini were
having their battle. It wasn't really a true catfight... more like a strangling
match between the two as they rolled around the ground, crushing people, cars,
and trees along the way. Darien just sighed... there was no way he was going to
stop this little tussle, let alone get near the two giantesses without getting
crushed.
As the strangling continued, Serena suddenly felt Rini was getting a little
stronger with her grips. It was almost getting painful for her. Then she saw
Rini was getting even bigger? But Rini saw what was really happening. Serena was
beginning to shrink.
"Oh... the perfume must be wearing out." Rini said, watching as Serena was now
half her size. Rini jumped to her feet and brushed all the debris off her dress,
and by the time Serena did the same thing, she was only knee-high to the other
giantess.
"What!? Why am I shrinking?" Serena said.
When Serena finally was back to her normal size, Darien ran up towards her
and gave her a hug, despite the slight tears on her dress and the bumps and
bruises on her skin from her tussle with Rini.
"Serena! Are you okay?" Darien asked.
"Yes, Darien, I'm fine... well, except for being back to normal size." Serena
said.
"There, there, Serena. You don't need to be gigantic to impress me. I like you
at the size you're at." Darien said.
"Well, okay... thanks, my sweet." Serena said.
"Teeheehee... this is so romantic." Rini said from above. Both Serena and Darien
looked high up into the night sky where they saw the giant Rini looking down on
them. Serena knew what she had done with Rini earlier, and given the current
size comparison, Serena was sweating like crazy.
"Um... no hard feelings, Rini?" Serena asked.
"Rini, don't do anything brash now." Darien said.
"Don't worry, I won't. I agree with Serena, no hard feelings. And besides, this
is your night, Mommy and Daddy!" Rini said with a smile on her face.
"Sure, rub it in why don't you?" Serena muttered under her breath.
"You know, we still haven't had our romantic dinner yet. That last restaurant I
wanted to go to was trashed." Darien said.
"Thanks to one big brat..." Serena said. Rini picked up on that and held her
sandal up above the two.
"What was that!?" Rini said.
"I, I mean, yes, Darien! Where are we going to eat now before our date comes to
an end!?" Serena shouted. Rini then took the sandal away (not that she was
actually going to crush them, otherwise she wouldn't exist!) and then smiled.
"Hey, I know of another good place to eat in the city." Rini said.
"You really do?" Darien asked.
"Sure! Just allow me to take you there." Rini said as she kneeled down and held
a hand out for the two. After Serena and Darien hopped onboard, Rini kept her
hand as still as possible as she turned around and walked back into the city.
A few minutes later, after walking through the city blocks and carefully
making her way through the panicking crowd, Rini smiled as she saw her
destination in front of her.
"There it is!" Rini said. Serena and Darien both had stunned looks on their
faces.
"The carnival?" Darien asked. Indeed, the giant Rini had taken the dating pair
to the large and brightly lit carnival just outside the city.
"This is your idea of a romantic dinner, by taking us to a carnival!?" Serena
shouted.
"Well, it's better than showing up at a restaurant and having everybody,
including the cooks, run away!" Rini said.
"She does have a point, and hey, maybe we can make the most of it!" Darien said
as he held Serena's hand.
"Okay, if you insist, my muffin." Serena said with a smile. Rini then took her
first steps into this carnival. Like everywhere else she had gone, everyone took
off running as soon as they saw the giantess. Rini stepped a little more
carefully around this area, not wanting to seriously damage any of the rides. It
was when her sandals were inches away from one of the tents that she stopped her
walk and let Serena and Darien down on the ground.
"There you go! Popcorn and cotton candy." Rini said. Serena and Darien just
looked at each other and then at the tent which had nobody inside it, likely
because the proprietor had run away upon seeing the giant Rini.
"Yeah, popcorn and cotton candy sounds like a good idea!" Darien said.
"Oh, I agree, sweetheart!" Serena said. The two helped themselves by taking a
couple boxes of popcorn and a couple sticks of cotton candy and they spend the
next few minutes eating and watching the people run like crazy away from the
giant Rini.
"I hope we don't look silly just standing here while everyone else is running."
Darien said.
"Nah... they're all too scared to notice us. And this popcorn is really good
too!" Serena said. Darien didn't find that surprising at all given her love of
sweets.
Before the two could enjoy their meals any further, they suddenly felt
themselves being picked up by the giant Rini once more.
"Alright! Now it's time you two went on a love ride!" Rini said. She stepped
over the food stand and another one of the tents and found herself standing
alongside the bright Ferris wheel. She was a little bigger than the structure,
with the very top of the wheel reaching up to her chest level, but most
importantly, Rini's size gave her the strength to pry open the doors to one of
the seats. Rini skillfully placed Serena and Darien inside and the two had no
choice but to sit down.
"Guess we're going for a ride!" Serena said.
"Yes, but how are we going to get this wheel moving?" Darien asked.
"Leave that to me!" Rini said. She then looked down and picked up a carnival
worker that was running by her sandals.
"Hey, you! My parents want a ride on this wheel!" Rini shouted.
"Sure, sure! No problem, dudette! Just put me down, please!!" The worker
shouted. Rini did just that, and the worker touched a series of buttons to get
the wheel going. The worker eventually ran off, especially with Rini entranced
by the Ferris wheel beginning its movement. It was moving at a slow pace, just
as she and the two lovebirds liked it. Indeed, Serena and Darien just looked out
at the city in the distance as they circled around the air inside the chamber.
"Sigh..." Serena said.
"What is it, Serena?" Darien asked.
"I hope you're not angry with me, Darien. This date hasn't gone the way I
planned it." Serena said.
"Never, Serena. It didn't go as planned for me either, so we're even." Darien
said.
"But still, I..." Serena said, only to have a finger placed over her mouth by
Darien.
"Forget it. Let's just remember this night for the rest of our lives. I know I
will." Darien said. He started to lean in towards Serena's face.
"Oh, Darien..." Serena said. She leaned in as well, and it looked like the two
were going to share a passionate kiss. But...
Rini saw the two were about to kiss as the wheel circled around with their
chamber in front of her.
"Oh no you don't!" Rini said to herself. She then took the chamber with both her
hands and pulled it right off the Ferris wheel, sending off a shower of sparks
and electricity (all of which didn't effect Rini as big as she was) and causing
the Ferris wheel to power down into darkness.
Serena and Darien felt the whole chamber shake, almost knocking them off their
seat. They looked out the window and saw nothing but Rini's face and also one of
her fingernails as she opened up the door again.
"Teeheehee... I think there are more romantic places to kiss than inside a
wheel." Rini said. Serena had an annoyed look on her face.
"Rini, why I ought to..." Serena said, only to hear Darien laughing out loud.
"Huh? What's so funny?" Serena said.
"Oh, sorry, I couldn't help it. Rini is kinda right, but at the same time, she
is running the show it seems." Darien said.
"Yeah, I guess you're right. Oh well!" Serena said, managing to crack a smile
finally after she thought about Darien's words. After carefully placing the
chamber down on the ground and letting Serena and Darien step out, they all
wondered what to do next.
"So I wonder what we should do next..." Serena said.
"Well, it is getting kinda late, and it's already been an eventful night."
Darien said.
"No way! I want this night to be as romantic as possible and... uh oh." Rini
said. She was about to finish her thoughts when she noticed the ground rising up
towards her, including Serena and Darien. The two could immediately tell what
was happening.
"Look! Rini's shrinking!" Darien said.
"That perfume must've finally worn out for her too." Serena said. Indeed, the
two watched as Rini went from 150 feet tall back to her diminutive height of 3
and a half feet tall. Of course, that meant Serena could pick on her again and
didn't have to be afraid of being pinned underneath that dark sandal. Rini
thought that's what would happen for sure when she saw the teenage girl step
towards her.
"Heehee... no hard feelings, right Serena?" Rini said. Serena smiled and patted
her future daughter on the head.
"Nope, not at all! You had some great ideas for our date tonight, and I thank
you for them." Serena said.
"Gee, thanks!" Rini shouted.
"You're off the hook for tonight... but don't think I'll let you off so easy if
you decide to grow big again!" Serena said.
"Heh, if you insist. Just you wait, I'll be even bigger next time!" Rini said.
"Well, I'd say this is a great way to end our date. All of us alone in this
carnival, scaring probably everyone in the city." Darien said.
"But you have to admit that was pretty fun. I'd grow again in a heartbeat for
you, my sweet muffin!" Serena said as she hugged Darien by the arm.
"Come on... I'll go get a cab so I can get you girls home." Darien said.
As Darien, Serena, and Rini all walked out of the carnival and back into the city (which thanks to a low alert status allowed them to get back to their respective homes with no trouble at all), they all thought back to the events of the past few hours that would make this night out one to remember. Of course, for Serena and Rini, it was a giantess night out!
