Mother's Rampage

Ikuko Tsukino paced around the base of the stairs to the next floor up nervously. She couldn't stop thinking about both Usagi and Chibiusa, especially the former being her daughter. For the past few days, Usagi and/or Chibiusa have come home later than usual, looked more exhausted like they were on the receiving end of a fight, or a combination of the two. She raced up the stairs and walked towards one of the bedrooms.
"Shingo! Have you… oh, wait. I forgot. He's spending time with that nice doll making girl." Ikuko said as she let out a sigh and slowly walked back down the stairs after taking one more look in Usagi's empty bedroom. It was driving Ikuko crazier by the minute, especially since her husband, being away on a business trip, wasn't around to calm her down. She couldn't stop thinking about what happened yesterday when Usagi came home…

FLASHBACK

Ikuko watched the front door open, watching as Usagi and Chibiusa came walking through.
"Welcome home, Usagi! Huh?" Ikuko asked.
"Ugh… hi, Mom…" Usagi said.
"What happened? School couldn't have been that hard today!" Ikuko shouted.
"Ummm… actually it was, Mama. Do you think maybe we can go upstairs and come back down later for dinner?" Chibiusa asked as she repeatedly patted Usagi on the back.
"Well, okay, I guess." Ikuko said, watching as Usagi and Chibiusa both slumped their way up the steps. Ikuko looked worried as she stared at the duo.
"That's three days in a row this week…" Ikuko said to herself.

END FLASHBACK

Ikuko shook herself back to reality, and then looked down at Luna, who was laying on the couch watching the woman walk around.
"Sigh… if only you could talk, Luna. You probably know firsthand what Usagi's been up to!" Ikuko said with an innocent smile. Of course, Luna was capable of talking, but that was an ability she was not willing to share with anyone other than the Sailor Senshi, so she just meowed. Ikuko paced around once more and then suddenly stamped one of her feet on the floor.
"Ugh! I can't hold it anymore. I must find out what my daughter and niece are up to at this time of day!" Ikuko said as she ran towards the front door, slipped her feet into some shoes, and then headed outside the home. Luna sat herself up and watched Ikuko leave the house.
"I hope she doesn't run into any danger while she's out there." Luna said as she stared with a concerned look at the door.

Several minutes later, Ikuko had made her way into the city. She lightly gasped when she looked towards the Game Center Crown and saw Usagi, Chibiusa, and four other girls she recognized coming out. They were, of course, Ami, Rei, Makoto, and Minako. Ikuko couldn't hear what the six girls were discussing, but that would prove to be inconsequential in a matter of seconds, as a portal opened up in front of our heroines. Coming out were JunJun, part of the Amazoness Quartet, as well as a random looking monster.
"Sailor Senshi! Today you fall!" JunJun shouted. Ikuko, meanwhile, looked around frantically trying to find the Sailor Senshi.
"Huh? The Sailor Senshi? Where?" Ikuko asked. She then watched as all the girls danced away from the monster's laser beams. This obviously sent gasps through Ikuko seeing her daughter in danger like this. But to her shock, Usagi and Chibiusa looked unfazed.
"Oh yeah!? If anyone's going to fall, it's you two! Let's go everyone!" Usagi shouted. The other girls nodded and they held up their respective transformation items.
"Moon Crisis, Make Up!" Usagi and Chibiusa shouted together.

And that's when Ikuko was her most stunned yet. One second she was looking at her daughter and niece. The next, they were covered in a rainbow colored light as parts of their Sailor Senshi outfits came into being. Eventually, the transformations completed and Super Sailors Moon and Chibi-Moon were now standing in place. The other Sailor Senshi were there too, of course, but all Ikuko cared about was what she saw. It was a mighty struggle to her balance as her arms and legs shook in shock from what she saw.
"My daughter… is Sailor Moon?" Ikuko said. She then watched a stray laser bolt get deflected towards the mail box she had been hiding behind.
"Eeeeps! I need to out of here before I become part of this battle!" Ikuko said as she ran away from the battle scene without the Sailor Senshi, JunJun, or the monster noticing.

Minutes later, Ikuko ran back inside her home after breathing heavily from all the running she did. As she kicked off her shoes (leaving her in her bare feet), she collapsed onto the sofa in the living room. The image she saw kept replaying in her head of Usagi and Chibiusa transforming into Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi-Moon, respectively.
"Okay, Ikuko. Calm down. Maybe you're just hallucinating. Your daughter and your niece… no. There's just no way they're the ones that have been keeping all of Japan safe these past couple of years." Ikuko said. She then couldn't help but burst into laughter.
"Haha… hahaha! Yeah! That's what's going on! It's all an optical illusion! I've just been thinking so much of Usagi and Chibiusa… maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me! If I blink fast enough…" Ikuko said as she rapidly blinked her eyes thinking it would wake her up from this dream. But it didn't. She tried ripping up a loose hankerchief sitting on the nearby table to relieve some of the stress going through her, but that wasn't changing the scenery either.
That's when the tears were coming down her face and she plopped her head down on a nearby pillow.
"Why didn't they tell me? It all makes sense now! How could they keep this a secret from me? And to think of the danger they're putting themselves in! *sniff sniff*" Ikuko said as she went into full on sob mode into her pillow. Clearly she wasn't prepared to handle this kind of secret being discovered. She couldn't even figure out WHY she was so upset. She should be happy that Usagi and Chibiusa are taking on such a huge responsibility, but is it such a necessary risk to take?

Suddenly, a shadowy silhouette formed in front of Ikuko, but obviously she couldn't see it yet because her head was buried in a pillow. The silhouette eventually formed into another of the Amazoness Quartet, the predominantly blue-colored PallaPalla.
"Hi there!" PallaPalla shouted. Ikuko quickly raised her head from the pillow and rubbed her puffy eyes to clear them of tears so she could get a clear look at PallaPalla.
"Huh? There's more than one of you?" Ikuko asked.
"Teehee… yeah, I saw you get a good look at JunJun. But you do agree that I look cuter, right? RIGHT!?" PallaPalla said. Ikuko quickly nodded.
"What… what do you want with me?" Ikuko asked.
"What else? I want to have some fun! You look like the perfect middle-aged woman for me to try this new spell on." PallaPalla said.
"N…no! My daughter… I mean… Sailor Moon will stop you!" Ikuko said.
"Oh, I don't think she'll be fast enough, ma'am. Now hold still, this won't hurt! Much…" PallaPalla said.

That's when PallaPalla pulled out her pool stick and her blue colliding ball. Wasting no time, PallaPalla fired the ball at Ikuko's stomach, and she felt her Dream Mirror coming out.
"Oh no… not again…" Ikuko said as she fainted onto the floor. PallaPalla, meanwhile, took a good long look at the Dream Mirror.
"Well, of course it's not the mirror we're looking for, but still…" PallaPalla said. She then reached behind her back and pulled out a brown satchel. She reached inside and threw a bunch of black powder onto the mirror, tainting some of its light. She then shoved the mirror back into Ikuko's body, who was slowly getting back up.
At the same time, Luna came running down the stairs and saw what was happening.
"Hey! What are you doing to that innocent woman!?" Luna shouted.
"Whoops! Gotta go! Bye, kitty!" PallaPalla shouted as she quickly teleported away. Luna ran down the stairs to check on Ikuko, but soon noticed she became surrounded in a black light that slowly faded away as she got back on her feet.
"Ooooooh… what's this power I'm feeling…? Can't… resist… gaaaaah!!!" Ikuko screamed as she held her head.

At the same time, the woman began to grow.
"Nya! Not good!" Luna said as she went flying up the stairs and ran towards Usagi's bedroom, even as Ikuko broke through the second level flooring. Luna took a device into her mouth and then boldly leapt out the open window in Usagi's bedroom. Once she got far enough away, she watched as the house tore apart piece by piece, slowly revealing a rapidly growing in size Ikuko Tsukino. Bigger and bigger the mother got until she made it all the way to 160 feet tall. Ikuko looked around the neighborhood with a very cold expression on her face. She wasn't saying anything outside (as people gathered in shock to look up at the giantess), but inside she was looking down at the tiny world around her and was not at all comfortable.
"Oh no! All these houses and people could be crushed… but I can't control my body and stop it!" Ikuko said to herself. She then watched helplessly as she took a couple steps forward, crushing a couple parked cars with ease underneath her bare feet. She knew exactly where she was heading.
"Gulp… not the city!" Ikuko said to herself. The people in the neighborhood, meanwhile, screamed their heads off and ran out of the way to avoid being crushed by the evil giantess. Luna watched the giantess walk into the distance.
"This is terrible! I must warn the Sailor Senshi!" Luna said as she placed the communicator down on the ground and pushed buttons. PallaPalla, meanwhile, whistled as she floated in the air and watched the giantess walk away.
"Wow! I really outdid myself this time! I better get back to the circus so I can get the best view!" PallaPalla shouted as she teleported out of sight.

Meanwhile, back in the city, Sailor Moon was about to deliver the finishing blow on JunJun's lemure.
"Moon Gorgeous Meditation!" Usagi shouted as shards of energy shot out from her Moon Kaleidoscope. The lemure looked up at the sky and shouted…
"Stage out!" she said before disappearing out of sight. JunJun gnashed her teeth and clutched her hands into fists out of frustration.
"Upstaged again…" JunJun said.
"Alright, JunJun! Would you like to be next!?" Sailor Mars shouted.
"Hah! Not a chance…" JunJun started to say. However, the ground shaking and booming sounds in the distance rudely interrupted everyone.
"Huh? Now what?" Sailor Jupiter said. Sailor Mercury then gasped as she looked in the distance at the intersection.
"Oh my! Look, everyone!" Sailor Mercury said.

That's when everyone got their first look at the supersized Ikuko Tsukino as she walked by slowly, chasing a group of people away from her feet.
"Mom!?" Sailor Moon shouted.
"Whoa! She's really huge!" Sailor Venus said.
"JunJun! What did you do to her!?!" Sailor Moon shouted.
"What!? Me? For once I'm innocent! Somebody else in the Amazoness Quartet is responsible. I have a feeling it's PallaPalla… she's always trying unorthodox things." JunJun said.
"And you can't blame me either! I didn't leave any growth potions laying around! Honest!" Sailor Chibi-Moon shouted as she quickly chimed in. The girls then gasped as they watched Ikuko slap a nearby building, taking a huge chunk off its top.
"What the!? Why is she destroying the city?" Sailor Mars shouted. Suddenly the girls heard a beeping sound, which they all immediately recognized. Sailor Moon pulled out a communicator where she saw Luna's face on the screen.

"Come in, Sailor Senshi!" Luna shouted.
"We're here, Luna! What is it?" Usagi said.
"Usagi, I don't know how to tell you this but…" Luna said.
"We know! My Mom is, like, Momzilla now and is rampaging around the city!" Usagi said.
"I saw one of the Amazoness Quartet girls near her… she must be under some evil spell!" Luna said.
"At least you're alright!" Usagi said.
"Yes… although your house is gonna need quite a bit of repairs." Luna said.
"We can worry about that later. Stay somewhere safe, Luna, while we catch up to Mrs. Tsukino and find out how she grew big and how we can snap her out of it!" Sailor Mercury said.
"Okay, girls, but be careful!" Luna said as her face disappeared from the view screen.
"Alright, let's go!" Usagi shouted. As the girls went charing out of the area where they fought the lemure, JunJun floated away and looked at the rampaging giantess.
"Guess I better get back to the circus and see if PallaPalla really was responsible… and hope Zirconia doesn't have a dirty mind! Teehee!" JunJun said before she vanished out of sight.

As you can well imagine, it was chaos and pandemonium as people did their best to avoid being crushed by the giantess, whether it was by her feet or by the building chunks she was sending flying. Ikuko wasn't showing any mercy to nearby buildings, slapping them one by one as she walked by them.
"No! Please! Get away!" Ikuko said from inside as she continued to try and break free of the mind control. It was making her want to cry seeing all the destruction she was causing, but she couldn't even do that in her state of mind. All she could do was instill as much fear as she could into these tiny people, and she did just that by reaching down and picking up a car with two people inside. She shook the car vehemently, trying to get the people inside to come out, but they were having none of that. That's when Ikuko rolled her eyes and set the car back down on the ground. The couple inside was finally able to get out, and they gasped when they saw Ikuko lifting up one of her feet in the air and then bring it back down. They both gasped and scurried out of the way, just as Ikuko crushed the car flat.

Ikuko wasn't about to be done with her destruction spree. She turned to her right and saw a building almost as tall as she was. She grabbed the building by both sides with her hands and gave the structure a good shake. Pieces of the structure rained down either on her dress or on the ground, while people inside ran out and scrambled around her giant feet. Eventually the building couldn't take any more shakes and Ikuko was able to split it vertically in half, sending one side falling to the left and another side to the right. She wiped her hands of the debris, but did not say a word. Not externally, anyway. Once again she lamented seeing the destruction she caused.
"Those poor people. I'm so sorry…" Ikuko said.

Before she could move onto the next part of the city, however, she heard female voices calling to her from the ground.
"Stop right there!" Sailor Moon shouted. She turned around and saw none other than the six Sailor Senshi… most importantly her daughter among them. Sailor Moon was very careful not to shout Mom or something like that, risking revealing her identity that way, but of course, she had no idea Ikuko already knew from earlier.
"No! Usagi! Chibiusa! Please get away! I don't want to hurt you!" Ikuko said to herself.
"Mrs. Tsukino! Snap out of it! You're better than this!" Sailor Chibi-Moon said.
"Just surrender peacefully and nobody gets hurt." Sailor Mars calmly said.
"Raaaaaawr!!!" Ikuko suddenly roared as she raised one of her feet and slammed it down, knocking the Sailor Senshi off balance.
"Yeah, I don't think talking's going to work, Sailor Mars." Sailor Jupiter said.
"Sailor Moon, we have no choice. We have to take her down with our powers." Sailor Mercury said.
"Okay, but let's all be careful…" Sailor Moon said. Sailor Mars was up to bat first.
"Mars Flame Sniper!" Sailor Mars shouted as she formed a bow and arrows made completely of fire. She shot the arrows upwards, and while they singed the dress Ikuko was wearing, a few quick pats from the giantess knocked the flames out. This allowed Ikuko to raise a foot up and try and flatten Sailor Mars, but she dodged out of the way, as did Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi-Moon.
"Usagi! Chibiusa! I… I can't fathom the thought of crushing you two…" Ikuko said to herself.

Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Venus attacked next, combining their efforts like they often do in battle.
"Venus Love and Beauty Shock!" Sailor Venus shouted.
"Jupiter Oak Evolution!" Sailor Jupiter said as the combo of green leaves and electricity covered yellow hearts went flying upward. However, Ikuko effortlessly slapped the projectiles away.
"Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!" Sailor Mercury quickly shouted as she played her Mercury Harp and sent a rush of water up at the giantess. While it did push her back a bit, Ikuko eventually fought through the attacks and slammed a fist down on the ground, sending all the Sailor Senshi flying in different directions.
"Ugh! This isn't working, guys!" Sailor Mars said.
"Where's one of those Megazord thingies when you really need it!?" Sailor Jupiter said. Suddenly, Ikuko was staring point blank at Usagi and Chibiusa.
"Help me… Usagi…" Ikuko said out loud this time.
"Huh?" Sailor Moon said, obviously curious as to how her giant mother referred to her as Usagi and not Sailor Moon. But she couldn't dwell on that matter for long, for Ikuko was once again showing maximum rage and now seemed to be targeting Usagi and Chibiusa.
"Run, Usagi!" Chibiusa shouted as she watched Ikuko raised her foot up.
"You don't have to tell me twice!" Usagi shouted as the two ran away just as Ikuko slammed her foot down. The two senshi went running down the now empty streets with the giantess hot on their heels.
"Come on, we have to help them!" Sailor Jupiter said.
"Ugh… keeping up with her is going to be a tall order! Pun not intended." Sailor Mars said as the other four senshi ran as fast as their legs would allow.

Usagi and Chibiusa kept running with Sailor Moon already breathing heavily.
"Huff puff huff puff… why is it I'm always running away from big, ginormous things!? Suddenly running from an airplane is not so bad!" Usagi shouted.
"Never mind that! How is it she knows you're really Sailor Moon?" Chibiusa said.
"I don't know! All I care about is not her stepping on me!" Usagi said. Chibiusa looked back and saw Ikuko's feet were literally just mere feet away.
"She's gaining on us! Maybe I can slow her down!" Chibiusa said as she stopped running, all of a sudden, and held up her Pink Moon Rod.
"Pink Sugar Heart Attack!" Chibiusa said as a steady stream of pink hearts went up towards the giant Ikuko. Obviously, they didn't do any damage, but it did succeed in slowing down Ikuko's approach. This gave Usagi the time she needed to leap towards a nearby fire escape and quickly ascend its stairs. She made it to the top of the building and she looked bravely up at the giantess despite being at chest level and very much vulnerable to attack.
"Mom!" Usagi shouted. That's when Ikuko took her eyes off Sailor Chibi-Moon and looked angrily down at Sailor Moon.
"Mom… it's me. It's your daughter, Usagi." Usagi said after gulping nervously.

Despite growling on the outside, Ikuko was talking with Usagi from within.
"I… I know, Usagi." Ikuko said to herself.
"I know you can hear me, Mom. I don't want to hurt you!" Usagi said.
"I don't want to hurt you either, Usagi. I just want to know why? Why you? And why didn't you tell me?" Ikuko said to herself.
"But yeah… I'm… heh… I'm Sailor Moon. Imagine that, huh? Your teenage daughter who can't make more than 35 on tests is the one saving the world. Some deal that is, eh?" Usagi said. The angry look on Ikuko's face slowly went away and she no longer held an arm up like she was going to slap her off the building.
"Heh heh… yeah. But, I suppose there can be surprises in all of us." Ikuko said to herself.
"The thing is, Mom… I hope you're proud of me." Usagi said.
"I… I am, Usagi." Ikuko said to herself. Suddenly tears started to fall from Ikuko's eyes as they started twitching. It was dawning on the giantess. Usagi was growing up right before her eyes, and she didn't have to worry about anything.
"I mean, I would've loved to tell you sooner, but it was important I keep it a secret for your safety… no, for our family's safety. But I'll always love you no matter what we go through." Usagi said.
"I love you too, Usagi!" Ikuko suddenly bursted out loud.

That's when the giantess's body glowed black briefly, and suddenly a shadowy figure came flying out from her head. Usagi, Chibiusa, and Ikuko watched as the shadowy figure made of black powder took a humanoid shape and stomped the cracked roads repeatedly.
"Darn it! Darn it! Darn it all! I was this close to taking full control of that woman's body!" the shadowy figure said.
"Hey, look! It's another lemure!" Chibiusa shouted.
"It must be what caused Mom to grow so big and evil! You're asking for it, buster!" Usagi said as she started to run down the fire escape stairs.
"Wait, Sailor Moon! I'll handle this." Ikuko said as she stepped towards the lemure, who gulped nervously.
"How dare you possess my mind and turn me into a rampaging giantess? Even worse, you have the nerve to make me attack my daughter and niece!!!" Ikuko shouted.
"Er… well… you see…" the figure started to say.
"On behalf of Sailor Moon, my daughter, I will punish you by crushing you like the cockroach you are… and they can tell you how I feel about cockroaches!" Ikuko said.
"Teehee… it's not pretty!" Chibiusa joked, watching as the giantess raised a bare foot up in the air and brought it down.
"PallaPalla, help meeeeee….!" the lemure screamed until it was crushed flat. After rubbing her foot back and forth, she lifted it up and saw nothing was left of the monster except for faint traces of black powder.

Usagi let out a whistle after watching the tremendous display of power from her gigantic mother.
"Whew… I'll have to make sure I don't make her angry when she's big like this. Whoa!" Usagi said as she suddenly felt herself being lifted up by the giantess. The same thing happened with Chibiusa. The two suddenly found themselves against one of the cheeks on Ikuko's giant face soaked with tears.
"Waaaaaah! I'm so sorry, Usagi and Chibiusa! Please forgive me for what I've done!" Ikuko shouted.
"Ugh! It's okay, Mom!" Usagi shouted.
"Not so hard! You're gonna crush us!" Chibiusa said.
"Oops… sorry. I'm not used to being a giantess." Ikuko said.
"Teehee… maybe I can give you some tips and advice." Chibiusa said.
"Oh? You've grown big before, Chibiusa?" Ikuko asked.
"More times than we both can count." Usagi softly said, prompting a giggle from Chibiusa.

Meanwhile, down on the ground, the other Sailor Senshi finally caught up with the giantess, but breathed a sigh of relief when they saw nothing but the powder remains of the lemure. It warmed their hearts looking up and seeing Ikuko cuddle with Sailors Moon and Chibi-Moon.
"Awwwww. That's so sweet." Minako said.
"Like the ending of a fairy tale." Makoto said.
"It kinda makes me wish my Mom could hug me like that…" Ami said.

The giant Ikuko continued to converse with Usagi and Chibiusa.
"Usagi, I heard every word you were saying to me even under that mind control. I just want you to know how much more proud I am of you. And Chibiusa, of course." Ikuko said.
"Soooooo… you're not mad with us for keeping these secrets from you?" Usagi asked. Ikuko shook her head.
"I'll admit, at first I was angry, but only because I couldn't be there to protect you like any loving mother would of her children. But when I think about everything you've done for this city… like I said, I couldn't be more prouder." Ikuko said.
"Teehee… thanks, Mama!" Chibiusa said.
"Yeah. Thanks, Mom." Usagi said. Ikuko smiled and then hugged the duo again, this time close to her chest and not as hard either.
"Teehee… I can hear her heart beating!" Chibiusa said.
"That's because of how sincere she is. And how much she trusts us now." Usagi said.

The hugging couldn't go on forever, however, as Ikuko suddenly felt an intense tingling sensation throughout her skin.
"Oh, what's this?" Ikuko asked. Usagi and Chibiusa were the first to notice as they watched the ground get closer and closer, plus the fact the hand holding them was shrinking.
"You're shrinking, Mom!" Usagi shouted.
"I guess that means the spell has fully worn out!" Chibiusa said. As the two Sailor Senshi leapt and landed on the ground, they watched as Ikuko returned to her normal size.
"Whew… thank goodness I'm back to normal." Ikuko said.
"You gave us quite a scare, Mrs. Tsukino, but we're glad to see you're alright." Sailor Mars said.
"Ikuko! Thank goodness you're back to normal." a female voice suddenly said.
"Huh? Who said that?" Ikuko asked. Usagi and Chibiusa both gulped nervously.
"I did." the voice said again. Ikuko eventually tracked the voice down to the ground, where Luna was standing.
"Uh, Luna? What are you doing?" Usagi asked.
"I saw everything that happened. I figured if she knows you two are Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi-Moon, she deserves to know the whole story." Luna said.
"Luna t-t-t-t-t-talks!?" Ikuko shouted.
"Yes, Ikuko. Please allow me to explain. I trust you will keep all the details I'm about to share a closely guarded secret." Luna said.

But instead, Ikuko's eyes rolled back and she fell backwards into the arms of Sailor Moon, with Sailor Chibi-Moon providing support.
"Yeeeeeeah, I think a talking cat may be too much for her right now, Luna." Usagi said.
"I don't know. I think she took it well, given how we all reacted at first." Makoto said, which amazingly prompted a chuckle from the other girls.
"Come on. Let's get her back to my home so she can wake up in a more comfortable spot." Usagi said.

As the city picked up the pieces (some quite literally) from the giantess attack and got back to their normal lives, the Sailor Senshi carefully carried a smiling Ikuko all the way out of the city and back to the Tsukino household.
