Makoto Kino and Minako Aino stepped off the school bus as soon as it stopped
and the doors opened. The two teenage girls were immediately greeted by a much
older woman, who the two assumed was one of the administrators of the school
they were at.
"Hello, and welcome to Fujisawa Elementary. I am principal Hisako." Hisako said
as she nodded to the two ladies, prompting them to bow their heads as well.
"Thank you. I'm Makoto, and this is my best friend, Minako." Makoto said.
"It's an honor to meet you." Minako said.
"I share in that honor. I must say, Makoto. You are one of the taller junior
high girls I've ever met." Hisako said.
"Heh… thanks." Makoto said as she casually brushed her gray school outfit. She
privately noted how this was the first time in a while someone made note of her
height.
"Anyway, girls. Please follow me to the science lab." Hisako said. As the older
lady walked towards the front entrance of the school, Makoto and Minako followed
from behind, keeping a distance so Hisako would not hear their conversation.
"Remind me again why we were invited to judge a bunch of little brats' science
experiments?" Makoto asked.
"Luck of the draw. Me from Shiba Koen Junior High and you from Juuban Junior
High." Minako said.
"Only because Ami stuffed her name, mine, and Usagi's into that hat so she could
get all of us more into science." Makoto said.
"Heh… we probably should be thankful Usagi didn't get picked. For obvious
reasons." Minako said, prompting a quick nod from Makoto.
Once inside the lab, the girls saw a wide variety of experiments from
different students from one row to another. Of course, they played nice and
called every experiment they encountered, no matter how well thought or pipe
dreamy it was, a nice effort and a fascinating display. Sometimes, though, they
would snicker afterwards at some of the obvious failures (and there were always
going to be one or two in these exhibits).
Eventually, though, there was one table that caught the eyes of both Minako and
eventually Makoto. Minako lightly bumped her friend on the shoulder.
"Hey, Makoto. Look at that one!" Minako said. The two were suddenly looking at
an unoccupied table with several flasks of green liquid, all of which were
shooting off a lot of smoke that was sinking to the floor.
"Whoa… talk about the definition of a mad scientist's table." Makoto said.
"I wonder if Ami would be proud." Minako said as the two approached the table
and examined its contents.
"Who do you suppose thought of this?" Makoto said.
"Whoever it is must be very smart to be working with chemicals like these."
Minako said.
"You don't suppose it's Chibiusa, do you?" Makoto said.
"Nah… making something like this wouldn't be her style, and even then, she
doesn't go to this school!" Minako said.
"Right. Thanks for reminding me." Makoto said.
"We better tell someone about this, especially since nobody is…" Minako said,
only for her and Makoto to suddenly watch as the smoke got more intense and shot
up towards both girls.
"What the…!? *cough cough!*" Makoto said as she and Minako coughed from the
intense smoke. They tried to get away, but were so consumed by the fumes that
they collapsed to their knees and covered their mouths with their hands.
About a minute passes… and suddenly the smoke is gone, as are the fumes. Both
Minako and Makoto literally breathed a sigh of relief as they stood back up.
"Geez… talk about a smoke show. I'm surprised the fire alarm didn't go off."
Makoto said. Minako then looked back and saw something missing.
"Huh? Where's the table?" Minako said. The table, and all the steaming liquids
that were on it, was gone. Not a trace left… not even a drop of green liquid.
The girls then heard the voice of Hisako from behind.
"Girls? Is everything alright?" Hisako asked.
"Well… we're not sure. There was this table full of green liquid behind us that
knocked us out." Makoto said.
"Oh? That's strange. I don't recall ever seeing an experiment like that." Hisako
said.
"You think we're making this…" Makoto started to say, only for Minako to step in
front and cut in.
"We're sorry. We must've been seeing things. We've been studying all these
wonderful experiments so hard, maybe our eyes are playing tricks!" Minako said.
"Hohoho! Maybe that's it. Anyway, please let me know once you are done
exploring." Hisako said as she walked away. Minako whispered into Makoto's ear.
"Maybe this is another trick by the Dead Moon Circus." Minako said.
"Yeah, wouldn't surprise me now that you mention it." Makoto said.
"Although… I don't feel any different." Minako said, with she and Makoto looking
all over their skin and outfits.
"Me neither, to be honest. Maybe their plan backfired this time." Makoto said.
"Whatever. Let's just finish judging all these projects and get out of here."
Minako said. Makoto nodded in agreement and the two girls got back to walking
around the lab.
About three hours later, the school day was over. Makoto opened the front
door to her home and allowed Minako to walk in behind her. The two girls kicked
off their shoes and even took off their socks before they both stepped into the
living room.
"Whew… what a busy day." Makoto said.
"I agree. Thanks for letting me crash until tonight." Minako said.
"No sweat. Let's see how the roast is doing…" Makoto said as she walked into the
nearby kitchen while Minako firmly planted herself on one of the chairs. She
looked inside the slow cooker that had been running since this morning.
"Hmmm… looks good, though it's still got a few hours to go before it's ready."
Makoto said.
"Heh… knowing your cooking, I'm sure it will be… yawwwwwwwn." Minako said.
Makoto put her hands on her hips.
"My cooking is THAT boring!?" Makoto shouted.
"No no no! It's just… ahhhh… I'm just so tired after looking over a bunch of
little kids science stuff." Minako said. Makoto finally yawned herself as she
approached the largest of the couches.
"Yeah, I don't blame you really. It feels like this day has had 240 hours
instead of 24." Makoto said as she sat and then laid down across the couch,
resting her bare feet on the floor.
"*yawwwwwn* Can't stay awake." Minako said.
"Me neither… 2 hour nap incoming." Makoto said as both girls drifted off to
sleep.
About an hour passes, and that's when the effects of the steaming potion
earlier in the day at Fujisawa Elementary started to kick in, albeit with
different effects. The couch slowly flattened as Makoto was very slowly growing
bigger and bigger until it soon broke apart, unable to support another pound
from Makoto's growing body. Despite the couch breaking underneath her and the
slow growth spurt, Makoto stayed asleep.
As for Minako… she was not growing. In fact, the total opposite was happening.
She was getting smaller and smaller, almost sinking into the plush chair she had
been sitting on. Like with Makoto, she didn't sense yet what was happening to
her.
And the reason for this? Both girls were actually having dreams over their
respective size-altering situation.
"Mmmmm… come here, all you speck-sized boyfriends…" Makoto murmured a few
moments later.
Makoto rapidly blinked her eyes trying to clear up her vision. Finally she
could see clearly again, and that's when she looked down and saw a swarm of tiny
people running away from her bare feet. After looking to the sides and seeing
buildings either as tall as her or chest high to her, she did the math.
"Whoa… I'm a giantess!" Makoto said. She guessed she was somewhere between
150-180 feet tall judging by how big she was compared to the other people, but
nevertheless, she started taking steps forward and relished the ground cracking
beneath her bare feet with each step.
"Nah, I'm not gonna do the fee fi fo fum thing. That is soooooooo 1734." Makoto
said as she kept walking forward, purposely narrowly missing crushing a whole
group of panicking people.
Makoto kept casually walking down the street, admiring her new view of the
city. In fact, she looked at the nearby building with glass windows and saw one
young looking guy in a business suit.
"Heh heh… hi there, little guy. You look just like my old boyfriend." Makoto
said as she puckered her lips and gave the part of the building he was in a
smooch. The man fell back in shock seeing such incredibly large lips in front of
him, then watching as Makoto winked one of her eyes and then moved on. Makoto
then took note of a much smaller building that rose up to her knees, and
immediately thought of a fun idea.
"Hmmm… you know, I could use a workout." Makoto said. She kneeled down and,
letting out a grunt of displaying raw strength, ripped the building off its
foundation. Noting how the skinny structure was about as thick as a dumbbell,
that's when Makoto treated the building as such, lifting the building up with
the lower half of her arm up and down.
"1… 2… 1… 2… 1… 2… If only I had something for my other arm." Makoto said.
Almost as if she was on cue, she looked down in front of her toes and saw a
school bus trying to swerve around her giant left foot. Makoto grinned and
reached down, picking up the school bus and trapping it in her left hand like
another dumbbell. Makoto couldn't help but giggle as she peeked inside the bus
and saw plenty of teenaged students screaming for their lives.
"Hahaha! No wonder Chibiusa loves doing this so much! This is music to my ears!"
Makoto said as she did more 'weightlifting' with the building and the school
bus.
A minute or two later, Makoto finally felt she got the most of her workout.
That's when she tried setting the building back on its foundation, only for it
to tip over and crash to the ground.
"Oh well. Nobody's perfect. As for you little shrimps…" Makoto said as she
focused her sights on the school bus again, even licking her lips. She used her
fingernail to pry off the top of the bus and then tip it over her open mouth.
The people held on in vain, but eventually lost their grip and went falling into
the mouth after bouncing off her tongue. Once Makoto gulped every person inside
down, she dropped the bus and let it explode by her feet.
"Good thing this is only a dream, and yet they taste so real…" Makoto said
before she got to walking again.
As she turned the corner and walked down another street, the giant Makoto saw
a sight that made her smile with glee. She was looking at a group of almost a
dozen young men, and all of them she remembered from her past.
"Mmmmm… come here, all you speck-sized boyfriends…" Makoto said as she went
chasing after the men, who all turned around and went running like heck from the
giantess. Of course, the size difference meant they couldn't get far, and they
soon had to put on the brakes before they could run into one of her bare feet,
which she slammed in front of the group. As soon as they turned around, Makoto
slammed her other foot down, leaving the men with nothing to do but look up at
the towering brunette as she put her hands on her hips.
"So… you little jerks thought you were done with me. Some of you I'm sure
remember I wished I could squish you like bugs, right? Well…" Makoto said as she
slowly raised one of her bare feet up.
"Now's the time!" Makoto said as she lowered her foot. Some of the guys tried to
scramble away from the giantess, but they were too late. Makoto slammed her foot
down and twisted it left and right, eventually lifting it up and finding all the
guys unconscious and their bodies bent in contorted ways… like they had been
crushed by a giantess. Strangely, they weren't covered in any blood, but this
didn't seem to bother her.
"Mmmmm… that felt so good. Maybe I should find some more bad people to flatten
under my soles…" Makoto said as she walked away to head deeper into the city.
While Makoto continued dreaming of her giant-sized rampage, Minako was having a size-altering dream of her own… except on the opposite side of the scale.
After Minako rapidly blinked her eyes, she realized she was in a completely
different setting. It appeared to be some kind of office judging by the sounds
of people talking, chairs rolling around, and phones ringing off the hook.
Except this office was MASSIVE. She could tell because cubicles were towering
over her like skyscrapers, and the ceiling seemed to be a very long ways up, not
to mention how each tile on the floor was incredibly large.
"Where… where am I?" Minako said as she looked around. She then looked over
herself and saw what she was wearing.
"Huh? I'm Sailor V? And why is everything so big?" Minako, as Sailor V, said as
she looked around the scenery once more.
"Unless… unless I've shrunk! But how?" Minako said. Before she could wonder
anymore, however, she heard thunderous booming sounds every second or so. By the
time she looked back where the sounds were coming from, she looked up and saw
the biggest ever black high-heeled shoe coming down towards her.
"EEEEEEK!!!" Minako said as she ducked her head and prepared for the worst.
However, she lucked out and wound up between the arch and the heel of the shoe.
Realizing this, Minako opened her eyes and saw the giant woman walking away.
"Whew… that was close. Huh?" Minako said as she kept looking at the giantess who
almost unknowningly crushed her. Once she could see more and more of the
giantess, Minako gasped as she realized who it was that almost stepped on her.
"Hey! That's… Katarina!" Minako shouted, recognizing her as her police friend
from when she stayed in England.
Minako watched as Katarina sat down at a nearby desk and sighed as she
reached for a stack of papers.
"Sigh… all this bloody paperwork from shooting a violent criminal. One of these
days they're gonna make us wear cameras around our neck so they don't accuse us
of fabricating the story." Katarina said, which prompted even the teeny tiny
Minako to giggle.
"Same ol' Katarina." Minako said. As she approached the giantess, she had to
momentarily stop when she watched the giantess slip her feet out of her shoes,
which caused Minako to raise both her eyebrows.
"Oh… that I did NOT expect from Katarina. Still, I should climb up her and try
and get her attention somehow." Minako said as she once again ran towards
Katarina. It took a couple minutes given her shrunken state, but Minako finally
made it to one of Katarina's pinky toes. She looked up and almost had her breath
taken away.
"She's so huge… gotta focus!" Minako said as she hopped on top of the pinky toe
and got to work climbing up the leg. As Minako climbed, she occasionally stopped
and felt the skin of said leg with her gloved hands.
"Her skin is so smooth. She takes good care of it." Minako said as she got back
to climbing.
Minako was fortunate that Katarina was so busy with paperwork, as she was
worried she'd touch the wrong spot and it would cause the giantess to scratch
where she was climbing, even as Minako made her way onto the police outfit that
Katarina wore.
"Ugh… now I know how a desperately hungry ant feels." Minako commented as she
looked around her surroundings. She couldn't admire the view for long, however,
as Katarina was reaching up to scratch underneath her chest… which happened to
be where Minako was right now.
"Yikes!" Minako yelped as she made a daring leap off the clothing and towards
the table. The shrunken girl felt herself splash into a liquid like she was
diving into a swimming pool.
"*cough cough!* Where am I!?" Minako said as she coughed out the water and tried
to see where she was. She wouldn't have long to find out, as she felt herself
and the liquid being lifted up, with Minako suddenly getting a close up look of
Katarina's face.
"Whew… sure is hot today." Katarina said. That's when it hit Minako. She was
swimming around in a mug full of water, and Katarina was about to drink that
water…
"Oh no! Nononononono!!!" Minako said as she swam as hard as she could against
the current of water that fell in between Katarina's giant lips, but it proved
to be too much and she watched as she was about to slide into her mouth.
"No, Katarina! Don't swallow meeeeeeeeeeeee!" Minako said as she watched all
light vanish from the outside world the moment she went inside Katarina's mouth.
And that's when Minako quickly sat up, waking up from her nightmare.
"Whoa… what a nightmare. I never would've believed I'd get THAT close to
Katarina." Minako said. Then she looked around. The scenery still looked
different. Some parts of it looked like the living room of Makoto's home, and
yet, she was sitting in a precarious position.
"What the? Where am I now?" Minako said. She then covered her ears as she heard
some very loud snoring overhead.
"Ugh… Makoto snores loud but WOW! That takes the cake." Minako said as she got
up and walked around, feeling the softness of the surface she was standing on
beneath her bare feet. As she scanned the surface and the area surrounding her,
it was beginning to dawn on her where she was standing.
"Wait a minute… this is the same chair I dozed off in. Have I… have I shrunk!?"
Minako said, her heart racing as she guessed she was somewhere between 3 and 4
inches tall.
"Heh heh… okay, Makoto. Funny joke! She probably borrowed Chibiusa's shrink ray
and secretly shot me with it to make me her little dolly. Oooooh… I'll show
her!" Minako said, determined to get back at Makoto before she woke back up. As
Minako jumped towards one of the chair's rubber armrests, she quickly climbed
her way up like it was the side of the mountain. When she made it to the top,
she gasped over what she saw.
"O…M…G…" Minako said as she looked up and up and up. Makoto was there, but…
She was bigger. A LOT bigger. As she laid on her side, her right shoulder was
only a few inches away from touching the ceiling. Other furniture was sprawled
out around the room, having been pushed around (or even crushed) by Makoto's
growing body. Minako stood like her jaw was dropped to the floor as she was in
awe over how much Makoto had grown. She guessed she was probably 12, maybe even
14, feet tall.
"How… how did she get that big!?" Minako said as she then snapped her fingers,
"It must've been that steam cloud back at the science fair. It made me tiny
while it made her bigger!"
Minako carefully climbed down the chair she had been relaxing in and landed on
the floor. She looked up and up as she approached one of Makoto's gigantic feet.
This was nothing like the dream she just went through with Katarina, because at
least Katarina was her normal size in that dream. With Makoto having gone
through a growth spurt, she looked dozens of feet tall from tiny Minako's eyes.
Minako eventually made it to one of Makoto's gargantuan soles and gulped
nervously.
"Forget the Great Wall of China. I've come across the Great Wall of Makoto's
Foot." Minako said. She took a couple sniffs and almost gagged.
"Complete with enlarged odor too… bleh!!!" Minako said, "I have no choice
though. I've got to climb up her and somehow get her attention."
The girl otherwise known as Sailor Venus leapt up and began climbing up Makoto's
foot. However, as she climbed, she felt the 'wall' get thicker and even a little
bigger.
"Is she still growing? Or am I still shrinking?" Minako said as she shook it off
and kept on climbing, trying to keep up.
Makoto, meanwhile, slowly stirred awake after going through her dream, but
all it took was bumping her head against the ceiling to realize something was
wrong.
"Ow!" Makoto said as she looked up.
"What the? Why is the ceiling so close?" Makoto said as she tried to move
around, only to feel her arms and legs hitting stuff in all directions. Makoto
moved her head as much as she could given the limited amount of space she had.
"Ugh… it's like this whole house shrunk. Or I got bigger." Makoto said.
While Makoto was fidgeting around trying manuever however she could, Minako was
holding on for dear life to the giant Makoto's sole.
"Makoto! Stop moving! I'm down here!!" Minako shouted, even though she knew the
giantess couldn't possibly hear that.
Makoto then gasped as she looked first where she had been laying, seeing part of
the couch crushed under her behind. Then she looked over and saw Minako wasn't
on the chair she had taken a seat in earlier.
"Huh? Minako? Where did you go!? She probably ran off trying to get away from my
growing body, or… gulp… or I crushed her." Makoto said. She tried moving around
to see if she did just that… only to punch one of the nearby walls and crack
part of it.
"UGH! Damn it! Growing in an enclosed space is the worst!!!" Makoto shouted and
growled out of frustration.
The mini-giantess then realizied there was only one person to call in
situations like this (aside from Chibiusa). Makoto gently raised the arm with
her special wristwatch on and tapped a few buttons.
"Ami, are you there?" Makoto asked.
"I'm here, Makoto. What's happening?" Ami asked.
"Can you get over to my house ASAP? I have a biiiiiiiiig problem, literally."
Makoto said.
"What kind of big problem?" Ami asked.
"I think you better see for yourself. Can you just get over here, please?"
Makoto said.
"Alright, I'm not that far from your house. I'll be there in a few minutes." Ami
said.
"Thanks. Makoto out." Makoto said as she moved the watch away from her face.
That same few minutes later, Makoto heard a knock at the front door. She
reached down and tried to gently open the door, but gentle was not a luxury she
had at her current size, and she ended up ripping the door from its hinges and
letting it fall to the floor, much to Ami's breathtaking surprise on the other
side. As Ami (still in her school uniform) heard audible grunting that sounded
like it came from Makoto, she slowly walked inside and was surprised to see
Makoto in her enlarged state.
"Heh heh… come in, I guess." Makoto said with a sweatdrop on her head.
"Now I see why you said you had a big problem." Ami said.
"I just hope you have a fix for this. I feel like I'm about to pull something."
Makoto said.
"Well, how did you get like this?" Ami asked as she walked up to one of Makoto's
bare feet, waving the smell from the giant feet away as she listened to Makoto's
story from the beginning.
"So that's what happened. Minako was exposed too, and yet I can't find her
anywhere. I'm really hoping she got out of the house and didn't get crushed
under my bum…" Makoto said.
"I see. And clearly the magic has not worn out, as I can see you're still
growing." Ami said as the two heard a vase crashing to the ground, which had
been bumped off the table by Makoto's pinky finger.
"Ugh… do something, Ami! I feel like in a few minutes I won't be able to fit in
this house anymore!" Makoto said.
"Alright, just remain calm. First we have to make sure Minako is alright before
I figure out how to reverse the process. I'll need to change into Sailor Mercury
first." Ami said as she backed away from the giantess. After taking a few steps,
Ami pulled out her transformation stick.
"Mercury Star Power! Make up!" Ami shouted, becoming Sailor Mercury in about 30
seconds. After coming out of her pose, she tapped one of her blue earrings,
summoning her familiar visor.
"I'll do a heat scan to see if Minako is underneath you." Ami said as she tapped
a few keys on her handheld computer.
Meanwhile, speaking of Minako, who was all the way down to just under an inch
tall (which made the 16-18 foot tall Makoto look hundreds of feet tall), she had
survived Makoto's fidgeting around and was on top of the giantess's pinky toe.
Minako hopped up and down trying to get the giant Ami's attention.
"Ami! Down heeeeeeeere!!!" Minako shouted, but there was no reaction fron either
her or the enlarging Makoto. Minako then looked and saw Ami transform into
Sailor Mercury, and that's when she snapped her fingers.
"Of course! Why didn't I think of this earlier!? If my clothes shrunk with me,
then…" Minako said as she reached inside her outfit and pulled out…
"Yes! My Sailor Venus transformation stick." Minako said as she held up her
stick.
"Venus Star Power! Make up!" Minako shouted. 30 seconds later, after being
surrounded with energy, Minako now stood firmly as Sailor Venus.
"I really hope this gets their attention. Crescent Beam!" Minako shouted as she
pointed a finger up in the air and a beam of light came shooting out towards the
ceiling. While the beam was too small to do any damage to anything (or anyone
for that matter), she hoped swirling it around like a spotlight would prove to
be enough of an attention grabber.
And it wound up working. Ami scanned Makoto's giant growing body from head to
now her toes.
"I don't see any sign of Minako, even after filtering out your heat signature."
Ami said.
"That's good, I guess. Maybe that means she got out…" Makoto said.
"Hold it! What's this?" Ami said as she picked up Minako's Crescent Beam on her
visor.
"I found an energy beam shooting up from your pinky toe, but… it's got the same
energy pattern as Sailor Venus's Crescent Beam." Ami said.
"Huh? Then where is she!?" Makoto shouted. Ami slowly approached one of Makoto's
giant feet, having to gently climb up it using the toes as stepping stones. Once
Ami made it to the top, she saw the beam of energy disappear and then she heard
a squeaky and barely audible female voice.
"Ami…! Ami…!" the voice said. Ami pressed some buttons on her keypad and got a
zoomed in view from where the screams were coming from.
That's when she spotted the incredibly miniscule Minako as Sailor Venus and
gasped.
"Oh… oh my. I found Minako, Makoto, but…" Ami said.
"But what?" Makoto said.
"She's incredibly tiny." Ami said. She gently held out a gloved hand towards
Minako, watching as she literally climbed up one of her fingers and slid down to
the palm. Ami hopped back down to the floor and held her hand, with Minako in
it, right up to one of her blue eyes as she deactivated her visor.
"Minako… are you alright!?" Ami shouted.
"I am now, thanks to you." Minako said.
"It seems that steam from the science lab made you shrink while it made Makoto
grow." Ami said.
"No kidding." Minako said. Ami could tell she was still shrinking, watching as
she was slowly fading from view unless she moved her own hand even closer.
"We have to act fast. Minako could get too small to see at any moment! I have an
idea." Ami said as she rushed towards the kitchen.
After gently setting Minako down on the white countertop, Ami rapidly pressed
some buttons on both her visor as well as her keypad.
"Uhhhh… Ami? What's your plan?" Makoto asked. She was worried for a moment Ami
would be too busy to talk, but the blue-haired girl did answer.
"I've been working on some addons for my visor to allow both offensive and
defensive attacks, that way I don't have to keep relying on my powers of ice
during a monster fight. One such addon that Chibiusa has been helping me out on
is a molecular spacer, because as you both know, if there's a certain amount of
space between molecules, it will cause the object to appear bigger or smaller,
because…" Ami said.
"Ami, less talk and more action before I punch a hole in this damn ceiling!!!"
Makoto shouted, with Ami watching the growing girl continuing to duck down and
keep from bursting out of the house. In fact, her head was probably a mere foot
away from coming into the kitchen as furniture and other things continued to get
crushed underneath her growing body.
"Okay, okay! I'll be with you in a second." Ami said as she got back to pushing
buttons. Then she focused her sights on the near microscopic Minako, who
quivered with fear that she was going to be part of the nano universe any
second.
"Hold still, Minako." Ami said as she firmly pushed a button on her keypad.
Seconds later, a series of blue lasers came shooting out from Ami's visor,
specifically targeting Minako herself. Minako gasped as she watched the world
around her get smaller for a change. Indeed, Sailor Venus was growing bigger and
bigger. Finally, when Ami felt Minako was back to her normal size, she shut off
the lasers. Minako looked up and actually laughed when she saw the ceiling a
couple of feet away from her head.
"Hahahaha! I never thought I'd be glad to see the ceiling this close!" Minako
said as she jumped off the counter and hugged Ami, her fellow sailor scout.
"Thank you so much, Ami." Minako said.
"Heh… you're welcome. I'm just glad we were able to save you in time. And even
better news, if I programmed my laser right, it should neutralize the shrinking
effect from that steam earlier, so you're all done shrinking. Well, unless of
course Chibiusa is up to her tricks again…" Ami said.
"Watch out!" Minako shouted as she pulled Ami to the side, right before giant
strands of brown hair could bulldoze over the two. The two watched as Makoto hit
her biggest growth spurt to date as her head encroached the space between the
living room and the kitchen.
"Ugh! Guys! Can't… hold… any longer!" Makoto shouted.
"Don't worry, Makoto! You'll be back to your normal size in a second!" Ami said
as she quickly reactivated her visor and fired the blue lasers again.
This time, naturally, Makoto found herself shrinking smaller and smaller, which
brought a sigh of relief to the giantess. Seconds later, Makoto was back to what
she felt was her normal size.
"Whew… maybe next time, don't cut it so close?" Makoto asked.
"Er… I'll try!" Ami said. As the three girls huddled together to celebrate
another weird event having gone by the wayside, Minako and Makoto suddenly gave
each other funny looks.
Because Minako was now the one at 174 centimeters tall and Makoto at 162!
"Uh… I don't think this is right." Makoto said.
"You're not kidding! Though… it's kinda cool to be looking down at you for a
change." Minako said.
"Ooooooh… you're not too big to get a tickle torture, you know!" Makoto said.
"Yeah… sorry about that. That's a side effect from the lasers. When enlarging
material, it's briefly bigger than normal, and when shrinking, it's briefly
smaller than usual. But don't worry! As the effects of the laser subside over
the next hour, you'll both be back to your normal sizes." Ami said.
"Ah, okay." Makoto and Minako both said.
"In the meantime, I suppose Makoto could use the help in cleaning this place
up." Ami said with a smile.
"Yeah, good idea. I certainly wasn't planning on being a human bulldozer today."
Makoto said as the three ladies got to work cleaning up.
Meanwhile, inside the Dead Moon Circus tent, JunJun was watching all the
action unfold within her green crystal ball, with the other members of the
Amazoness Quartet crowded around her.
"Awwww… looks like your steam resizing experiment is over, JunJun!" PallaPalla
said.
"Darn it! Why does one of those Sailor Senshi always have to interfere and spoil
the fun?" JunJun said.
"Sadly it's what they do best." VesVes said.
"It would've been nice to see how big that Makoto girl would've gotten, and how
small Minako would've shrunken to." CereCere said.
"Hahaha! She'd be way too small to see! You'd need one of those microscope
thingys to find her!" PallaPalla said.
"Ah well. Maybe later on I'll get that steam resizer perfected so the results
are immediate. For now, though, we gotta get back to performing!" JunJun said.
"True, otherwise Zirconia is gonna have even more wrinkles on his face." VesVes
said, prompting all four girls to laugh before they all went their separate ways
inside the tent.
